Lowside Magazine

Lowside Magazine is quarterly publication focused on garage built, and vintage motorcycles of all types. Lowside has been around for a few years, but just recently rebranded and changed formats. Their magazine provides an insightful look into the current vintage motorcycle culture, and where its going. Lowside features bikes, builders, parts, write ups, and some amazing photography, art, and design. There’s a lot we can say about how rad Lowside is, but I think they put it best themselves.

With the roots of building and riding garage built suicide machines as a passion and print, design and photography as our trade, Lowside Syndicate was formed to offer the world it’s efforts of expressing our art on wheels, in ink. We feel our work reflects our passion to show the world our quality and style that many other publishers do not offer. From choppers to Cåfe Racers to channeled and chopped coupes and custom cruisers with everything in between, the love and dedication for our machines are given the same time and attention that can be shown through our published work.

We’ve established ourselves as the go to publication for the garage built way of life, through event coverage, custom one of a kind bikes, shop & builder profiles. Each issue is crafted carefully through creative professional design and photography and high quality writing from our own staff. We also get contributing material and content from all over the world from our readers and followers.

We’re not a fly by the night publication and we’re in it for the long haul. Our passion for building cool stuff and burning it’s gas by cracking or stomping the throttle is a way of life for us. Lowside Magazine is making waves in the industry and would like you to be part of it.

Post by Kyle Bak

Hailing from the bitter metropolis of Chicago, IL, Kyle Bak wields a BFA in Graphic Design and a passion for motorcycles--currently in possession of two bikes himself. Raised on whole milk and a sense of danger, Kyle has spent his 22 years on earth courting the mercurial mistress that is punk rock living, narrowly escaping death on a handful of occasions. A drummer for a local punk band, Kyle has direct insight into the D.I.Y. scene, and pays close attention to how that intersects with American Made culture. His interests include craft beer, tattoos, hair products, and .gif sets of cute animals.
