We took an awkward jacket from the late 1940’s and re-engineered it from the ground up. Working closely with on of our favorite manufacturers in the USA, L.C. King. This brand is based in Bristol, Tennessee and holds true to an authentic family owned mantra for over 100 years.
L. C. King Manufacturing has been making workwear in Bristol, Tennessee since 1913. Overalls, chore coats, carpenter jeans, and much more. Our iconic line is Pointer Brand. Owned by a fourth generation King (Jack), L. C. King Mfg. Co. may be the oldest continuously operating family owned garment factory in America.
We added an advanced 3-piece sleeve offering maximum flexibility. Great for motorcycle riding and having a full range of motion. We added gussets behind each allowing for effortless movement.
We created over-sized side pockets, a slanted “throttle pocket” for easy access to accessories, and two inside pockets large enough to hold water bottles. To sum it up, this jacket was made for a man on the move.
These came in two fabric styles. Our Cone Selvedge Denim, which can be purchased here and Duck Cotton which has been a main fabric in the workwear world. Purchase it here.
